Professional Degree Council is an independent admissions advisory and consultancy service. We help prospective students identify, compare, and apply to flexible, US-recognized online degree programs offered by accredited partner universities. Professional Degree Council does not itself grant degrees, admit students, or act as a university. All admissions decisions, enrollment agreements, tuition arrangements, and degree conferrals are made solely by the relevant partner university, not by Professional Degree Council.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information about your academic background, identity, and contact details;
• Update us promptly if any information you have provided changes;
• Use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms; and
• Understand that any application submitted to a partner university is subject to that university's own review and verification process.

4. No Guarantee of Admission or Scholarship Amount

While our advisors will do their best to match you with suitable programs and highlight scholarship or financial aid opportunities, Professional Degree Council does not guarantee admission to any program, nor does it guarantee the amount, availability, or continuation of any scholarship, discount, or financial aid award. All admissions and financial aid decisions rest exclusively with the partner university.

5. Third-Party University Terms Apply

Once you apply to or enroll in a program with one of our partner universities, your relationship with that institution is governed by its own terms and conditions, enrollment agreements, tuition and refund policies, and academic policies, in addition to these Terms. We encourage you to review those documents carefully before enrolling.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Global Degree or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Professional Degree Council shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or advisory services, including but not limited to decisions made by a partner university regarding admission, tuition, financial aid, or academic matters. Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Professional Degree Council operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
